Who is responsible for the website
MULTIPLEX created the website and handles its technical management, security, updates and day-to-day operation on behalf of the institution. Official content (announcements, documents, timetable) is published by CEVVC staff through the MULTIPLEX Panel.
How the website is protected
- Static website: pages are generated in advance, with no database and no executable code on the server.
- PHP script execution is blocked across the whole site.
- Mandatory encrypted HTTPS connection with an HSTS policy.
- Security headers that prevent framing by other sites and incorrect file interpretation.
- Content is managed separately in the MULTIPLEX Panel, with personal accounts, roles and two-factor authentication.
- The source code and content are kept separately from the server, so the site can be restored at any time.
The institution’s previous website
In October 2026 the previous WordPress website, compromised by unauthorised parties who were automatically publishing casino advertising, was removed completely and replaced with this website. Useful old addresses redirect to the new pages.
